What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase; no refunds are provided. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must receive prior authorization. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, sale, and final sale items—including rings, rings with custom sizes, initials, gemstones, or birthstones—are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards and accessory items are final sale. Approved returns will be issued store credit only, which has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be used exclusively on ZamirDiamonds.com. A return shipping label will be provided to ensure proper insurance. Zamir Diamonds is not responsible for unauthorized returns or items shipped via unapproved methods.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes! We only use natural, ethically sourced diamonds and work with trusted suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing.
